Carly Mangan

Photo and film for outdoor brands, athletes, resorts, river trips and horse shows. Based at Kirkwood, California, and happy to travel.

Work.

Tell me what you're planning and I'll get back to you with ideas and a quote.

Action sports

Skiing, snowboarding and competition coverage. I spend every winter at Kirkwood, so I know where to stand and when to move.

River and expedition

Rafting, kayaking and multi-day trips, shot from inside the trip rather than from the bank.

Brand and lifestyle

Product and campaign shoots on real trips, with people who actually use the gear.

Equestrian

Horse shows, clinics and portraits of horse and rider. After a show, riders find and buy their photos in an online gallery.

Short film

Event recaps, short edits and social cuts. I shoot, edit and color grade.
